Linkbridge Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Equipment Bookings:
● Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the
booked date.
● Cancellations made within 1 day of the booked date are non-refundable.
● No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
● Changes to bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance, subject to
availability.
For Farming and Other Essential Inputs Purchases:
● Refunds will be issued for cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order.
● Damaged or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 1 day of receipt
for a refund or replacement.
General Terms:
● Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
● Users are responsible for any return shipping costs.
● The platform reserves the right to cancel bookings or orders due to
unforeseen circumstances.
● All refunds are subject to inspection and approval by the platform.
By using our platform to book equipment or purchase farming and other essential inputs, users agree to
adhere to these terms and conditions.
